Description

The compact, all-steel CZ 50 is a classic .32 ACP defensive pistol built on a fixed-barrel blowback system for smooth cycling and soft recoil. This example features a bright chrome finish (finish details may vary by unit; see photos) and the model’s traditional DA/SA operation with a slide-mounted safety.

Historical note: Adopted in the early 1950s as the Czechoslovak police sidearm (vz. 50), the CZ 50 later evolved into the vz. 70, but retained the same proven ergonomics and reliable blowback design. Its compact size, mild recoil, and robust construction made it a long-lived service and civilian favorite.

  • Caliber: .32 ACP (7.65 Browning)
  • Action: DA/SA — simple blowback
  • Barrel: ~3.7–3.8" (fixed)
  • Construction / Finish: Steel frame & slide / Chrome
  • Sights: Low-profile fixed
