The MaxxTech NFR (Not From Russia) 7.62x39mm is a reliable and affordable steel-cased rifle cartridge assembled in Grand Island, Nebraska. Loaded with a 123-grain Full Metal Jacket projectile with a zinc jacket, this round delivers a muzzle velocity of 2,330 fps and 1,483 ft-lbs of muzzle energy — right in line with benchmark Soviet-spec ball loads. The polymer-coated steel case ensures smooth feeding and extraction across AK-pattern rifles and other platforms chambered in 7.62x39mm.
This is non-corrosive, Boxer-primed ammunition with a non-reloadable polymer-coated steel case. Ideal for range training, target practice, and high-volume shooting where consistent performance at an economical price point matters most. Sold as a case of 500 rounds (10 boxes of 50).
