Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake, the item's description may contain a typographical error, or an incorrect price may have been entered. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We make every effort to enter information accurately but occasionally an error may slip by unnoticed. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order, we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will issue a refund if monies have already been applied to the order.
If an item's description contains an error such as an incorrect price and a customer orders this item, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer to confirm whether he/she still wants the item.
By placing an order, the customer agrees that Centerfire Systems will be the final arbiter of discrepancies on the web site.
When you place an order with us, you will receive emails from us about your order. This includes an order confirmation and tracking number. You may also receive emails about relevant account activity (such as if you ask a question about a product.) These emails are generated automatically based on your activity.
When you create an account or place an order, you will be automatically subscribed to our exclusive e-deal list. We send 5-7 emails every week with our newest, most exciting offers. If you don't wish to receive this type of email, simply click the Unsubscribe link found in every email we send, and you will be removed from the list. You will still receive account/order emails.
Even if you aren't a customer, we'd love for you to subscribe to our e-deals! We want you to know what's going on at Centerfire Systems, and members of our mailing list are eligible for special coupons and giveaways not available to everyone else.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your email address will not be sold, rented or distributed to any other company outside of Centerfire Systems or our email service provider. We hate spam as much as you do.
Kentucky residents will be charged 6% sales tax on the order total.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your card will be charged when the order ships, but you may see a pending authorization after checkout.
We no longer accept checks, cashier's checks or money orders.
Centerfire Systems calculates shipping using a flat rate system based on the content of your order. This total is calculated for you at checkout, but if you'd like to get an estimate of what your shipping charges will be, an explanation is below.
FIREARMS - Standard shipping is $19.99 per firearm.
AMMUNITION - A flat rate of $14.98 will be applied to orders containing any quantity of ammunition, unless purchased in a bulk amount. ($19.99 per each ordered for a Bulk/Case of ammo). Per company policy, a Direct Signature Required (DSR) is required on all ammunition orders. This means you will have to sign for your package!
ACCESSORIES, GEAR AND/OR SURPLUS - Orders with any quantity of accessories, gear and/or surplus will be charged a flat rate of $9.99 per order. Accessory orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery.
We ship UPS, FedEx, and USPS Priority Mail, depending upon items being ordered. Method of shipment is determined by Centerfire Systems. If you have special shipping requirements, call us to discuss your options at 1-800-950-1231.
Orders going to the continental US:
Please note that ammunition orders require an adult signature at the time of delivery.
In some rural areas, FedEx packages are handed off to the United States Postal Service for final delivery. This may add 1-3 days to your delivery time.
If your billing address does not match your shipping address, orders may require 1-2 additional days of verification time before shipping. This verification time does not apply to firearms orders shipping to FFL dealers.
We do not ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses. All orders must follow our restrictions policies. The customer is responsible for following all laws in their location.

Please call 1-800-950-1231 prior to returning anything. You will receive instructions from the customer service representative. You will need your order number. This number must be written on the outside of the box.
Please inspect all firearms thoroughly when picking them up from the dealer before proceeding with the transfer. We do not accept returns after the firearm has been transferred.
We do not accept returns on ammunition.
We do not accept returns after 90 days for any item. Package discrepancies or damages must be made within 10 days of delivery of merchandise. All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless prior arrangements have been made with Centerfire Systems.
We are not a warranty repair station for any manufacturer. If you have a warranty issue, you must contact the manufacturer directly.
